Realised that i'm moody and emotional this few days.
Very tired for the week...I need more rest and sleep to get my mood back.
Too many happenings around tooo.
Thoughts are coming up in my mind...
I felt lucky and the happiness that I have now but yet I still feel i lack of something. perhaps im greedy.
Go away my moodi-ness...
I need to be motivated to work hard and not postponing all the tasks i need to do..

Mid semester break or the easter break is here finally.

Now I'm here in front of the desk full with pile of work awaiting me to complete.
Quizes, presentation, debate, tutorials and practical questions all coming up soon.
Felt so good in the past few days, not just because me being in Adelaide holidaying, but also because that I'm away, mind free and relax.
WIsh that i could go away again..but there will be no end if keep on procrastinating.
Arrghh...break that is not like a break for some rest.

Will update bout the trip later...its very nice and I enjoyed it so much.

the 3days two nights camp

Last weekend I joined the boot camp organise by one of the club in uni..it's totally not a boot camp...more like a drinking camp and far away different from camps in msia..first thing that i observed is most people getting up on the bus dressed up and with make ups..
Joining this camp is an eye opener for me, they play very crazily and wild. MOst of the people there are abc's too..

First, we are divided into groups with differnt colours and we were suppose to create our own group names..most of the group names are sexual related...Team erection,Yellow asian,Kiss my grass, The sea-men, Dragonballs, and for my pink group - Counter Titties!

-My friendly group leader with the flag! -
The camp activities are mostly games competing among groups..quite a few interesting games and also some crazy games..there's one that we hold a lemon with our neck and then pass to the next person without hands..

This is the water drinking game..there's 5 jugs of water for each group and the groups who drink the fastest wins...add on the water are cold..its naturally cold though..u can feel the coldness down ur stomach through the oesophagus...besides that, there are too many groups, so its divided into 3 rounds..n winnner for each round will need to DRINK again..its a good hydration treatment but anyone drinking more than 6L will die! thank god no one fainted..

The first night its the beginning of drinking gamess (alcohol), its my first time drinking beer or vodka fast at once, luckily I didnt knocked out too..hehe..Guys will drink the beer and girls will drink vodka, two jugs..right after consuming alcohol there's this crazy eating game..4 person from each group will need to suffer...one will hav to eat half an onion (aussie onion) which is stil very huge, one will hav to eat the whole lemon with skin, the acidic lemon will burn so badly in ur mouth n throat..third person is to drink a cup of mix sauces with spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, mustard, egg yolks, Bbq sauce, oil and sandwich pieces...ewww..the last person is slight better just weetbix with wasabi...onion n lemon eating is the most drastic ones...people crying while eating the onion and vomitting while chewing the lemon...arrghh..and somemore its so bad for the stomach, consuming all this right after alchol...after eating game there's another round of drinking game which is the boat race...more alcohol consumed...

-Lemon-

-onion-

This is another v chigek one..they use a plank of wood with holes and hang the tubes down..there's a valve at the end of the tube where the person can control it just like a burette!

VOdka is filled into the tube and once the valve is open, the drink will just rushed down the throat due to the pressure..u can finish the whole can of vodka in a few seconds..young teens always curious and love adventurous stuff..many people just take turns to experience ths tube thingy..some chocked but some did fairly well..

Second night, it's a themed dinner night, I thought there will be some activities or games..but actually its just dancing whole night..the theme is uniform or mainly army..people dress up like army troops and here we go...dancing armyss just like in a club..with the lightnings and bass music.

- Beatrice and me-

I have no army uniformss..but at least I have a gun..something related to the theme larr..haha..

SO, this is sort of the things we did in the camp.
I would say that it willbe more fun if there are more friends going along and with a smaller group of campers...
exposed to lots of swearing in that three days too from both boys and girls...
A good experience for me to see the how aussies camp are..but not as fun as I thought.
THere's lots of drinking in Uni!

pharmaceutical scientist??

There's two events held on monday and tues for my course..
Monday is the Cheese and wine night where some companies directors, ex students, lecturers were invited and socialise with the students...
The aim was to let the students know more about their future path....
It's a great opportunity to ask Q, socialise and meet this major people in this field.
The finger food on that night was quite nice...and of course I had a glass of red wine too!
There are some who work in formulation of cosmetic, some for paint, some medicine and so on......
I'm interested in the cosmetic, perfume and FOOD..=) Happy that I gained some idea on the things i can do with the things im studying..

On tuesday, it was the visit to an industry called 'Ego Pharmaceutical', this company basically make skin products and match with my interest...
It's a huge company that produce many products...
we were given a brief talk about the historyof the company, their international business, their organisation and so on....
It's actually a family business, the speaker who is the managing director, his father is a chemist, mother a nurse and the grandfather who is the founder is a dermatologist.. what a good combination.,haha...

Later, we tour around the company,
visited the labs for testing, formulating.....
visited the manufacturing and packinging place...
visited the warehouse where all the stocks kept to be shipped out and so on....

It's very interesting looking at the product like moisturiser to be made and filled into tubes and then package into boxes... but do i like to work in lab testing the products or doing research for new products??? I'm still unsure...I dont want my everyday life dealing with the chemicals, everyday putting on the gloves and safety glasses, and everyday holding testtubes, burettes, piptettes....
Even for the practicals I'm having now..i find it so troublesome that we need to rinse the tube 3times, fill this..then wipe...then clean...then repeat..then calculate the errors..tabulate datasss...
I would love to make new alternative things that benefits society...but think is always easier till actual work....haha...
Hope I'm not in the wrong path...

Well, at the end of the tour, each of us get a show bag and served with tea and my fav TImTams...haha...get lots of their products such as conditoner, shampoo, sunscreen, antiseptic cream..importantly, they are not in small little sample size, but its the actual size in the market..
Besides those they also manufacture cleansers, moisturiser, baby lotion, tanning lotion, anti ageingstuff and so so many more....all that deal with skin!
another good and beneficial trip that let me have an idea on my possible working environment in future.

I'm going to a camp tomorrow at Mornington! ot as excited compared towhen i sign up..hope it will be fun! =)

Melbourne GrandPrix

Last Saturday went along with aunty, uncle and cousins to Albert Park for the F1 qualifying round. It was my first time watching grandprix on live..though its just qualifying round and not final but it is a good experience...
Actually, i have no interest in formula 1..haha..even when it's shown on TV, i will just switch to other channels...I just followed relatives to have a feeling of the actual race. It was good!

The crowd~
Me with my pakpak n pakleong~
It's so crowded and hot. The hot glaring sun burning my legs even covered with a layer of cloth. Its so hot but i still put on my jacket.haha...wish that my arms dont get anymore darker..but later after a while, i also cant stand it and got to take off..
The sound of the high velocity cars are great...very loud that we need to put on ear plugs...

This is some car racing before the F1..watching on live is nice with the sound effect but not as good view as on TV...it just move so so fast....

By the end of the race, I dont know who won too! =P

After watching news on tv later at night, I found out the 1st place was to Jansen Button from Brawn GP, he's also the winner in finalss.
